I originally created this blend for my husband. He had struggled with digestive issues for years, sometimes severely, and I wanted to give him something gentle yet effective to bring comfort. Over time, he noticed such a difference that this tea became part of his routine—and now it’s one of the blends I’m most proud to share with others.

Each pouch contains approximately 3.6ounces of handcrafted loose leaf tea, offering many soothing cups to enjoy whenever your stomach needs gentle support.

Flavor Profile:

Cooling peppermint and spearmint brighten the blend, balanced by warming ginger and the sweet, aromatic touch of fennel. Earthy dandelion root rounds it out, creating a refreshing and soothing cup that feels both light and comforting.

Understanding Herbalism:

Each herb was chosen with care for its long history of traditional use in supporting digestion and comfort:

• Dandelion Root – Earthy and grounding, often linked to gentle detoxification and digestive balance.
• Fennel – Sweet and aromatic, commonly enjoyed to ease bloating and soothe the stomach.
• Ginger Root – Warming and invigorating, traditionally used to calm nausea and stimulate digestion.
• Peppermint – Cooling and refreshing, valued for relaxing the digestive tract and easing discomfort.
• Spearmint – A softer mint that adds sweetness while offering its own soothing, digestive qualities.

Ingredients:

Dandelion root, fennel, ginger root, peppermint, spearmint.

Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:

Use 1–1.5 Tbsp per 8–16 oz hot water (200 °F). Steep at least 10 minutes before removing the steeper. Save the contents for a second brew.

A Little Note:

Herbal blends require a longer steep time to fully extract their flavor and herbal support. These blends may be re-steeped a second time.
