This tea brings back so many memories of sitting down with my three boys to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender. As soon as the intro started, we’d gather together—and without fail, Uncle Iroh’s love for jasmine tea would make its way into the story. Inspired by those moments, I knew I had to offer this experience in my collection. This is not a blend—it’s pure jasmine green tea, just as Uncle Iroh would have enjoyed it. I have a feeling he wouldn’t have approved of anything being added to such perfection.

Flavor Profile:

Light, floral, and gently sweet with a fresh, grassy green base. The tea is traditionally processed by layering tea leaves with fresh jasmine blossoms until they absorb the delicate aroma. The result is a beautifully fragrant, calming cup that feels both simple and timeless—exactly the kind of quiet perfection Uncle Iroh would have respected.

Ingredients:

Jasmine-scented green tea.

Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:

Use 1 Tbsp per 8–16 oz water (170°–175°). Steep for 3–4 minutes. A lighter first steep allows for a beautifully aromatic second infusion.

A Little Note:

Green teas like this one are sensitive to water temperature and steep time. Cooler water and shorter steeps bring out the gentle sweetness, while hotter or longer steeps can taste more robust or bitter. Save your leaves—you’ll be rewarded with a fragrant, second cup.
