Runners Teas

Description
I created this blend for my niece, who is an avid runner. Her dedication and determination have always inspired me, and I wanted to craft something that could support her body the way she supports her goals. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d come to love it myself—especially as a recovery tea. We’ve found that drinking Runners Tea at night is incredibly effective for restorative sleep and for giving the body a chance to rebuild and recharge. It’s become a staple for both endurance during the day and recovery at night.
Flavor Profile:
Earthy and mineral-rich from nettles and ashwagandha, with a refreshing lift of peppermint. Eleuthero and gotu kola bring depth and clarity, while skullcap provides a gentle calming balance. Licorice root adds a smooth sweetness that ties the blend together, creating a cup that feels both strengthening and restorative.
