This tea is dedicated to my mom, Esther. She has always loved Constant Comment, and I wanted to create something just for her—a blend that captured that same cozy citrus-spice flavor but with my own handcrafted touch. My love of tea was inspired by her from an early age, and it’s something we shared together over countless cups. Creating this blend in her honor felt like carrying that tradition forward.

Flavor Profile:

Bold Assam black tea provides a rich, malty base, brightened with sweet orange peel and balanced with warm chai-inspired spices. Cinnamon, clove, and cardamom come together to create a cozy, nostalgic cup with a lively citrus twist.

Ingredients :

Assam black tea, orange peel, cinnamon, clove, cardamom.

Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:

Use 1–1.5 Tbsp per 8–16 oz hot water (200 °F). Steep for 5–8 minutes. Save the contents for a second brew. Make it a Fall Favorite – Spiced Apple Pie Latte: Brew Orange is the New Black and stir in our Baked Apple Pie Sugar to taste, then finish with a splash of heavy cream. This is my version of the popular Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL)—but without the artificial flavors and colors. Just all-natural, cozy goodness in every sip!

A Little Note:

Black teas are brisk, malty, and full-bodied thanks to the oxidation process. Quality loose leaf teas like this can be resteeped, especially if the first steep is lighter.
