Lavender Chamomile
This tea is our go-to at night. My husband makes it for us every single evening, and it’s become a beautiful ritual that gently prepares us for rest. There’s something so grounding about knowing the day will end with a calming cup together—it really sets the tone for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Flavor Profile:
Chamomile and sweet English lavender form the heart of this blend, creating a soft, floral base. Mint and lemongrass add a refreshing lift, while raspberry leaf and linden bring depth and balance. The result is a soothing cup that feels comforting, fragrant, and serene.
Why English Lavender?
We use only English lavender in our blends because of its naturally sweet, floral flavor. Other varieties can taste perfumey or soapy, but English lavender brews into a cup that’s smooth, delicate, and beautifully balanced.

- Linden Leaf & Flower – Gentle and soothing, with a long history of use to calm the mind and body.
- Lemongrass – Adds a citrusy brightness and is often enjoyed for its refreshing and uplifting qualities.
- Mint – Cooling and crisp, offering a refreshing note that rounds out the blend.

Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:

A Little Note:
Herbal blends require a longer steep time to fully extract their flavor and herbal support. These blends may be re-steeped a second time.
