This blend was created as part of the Genesis 1:29 Journey and holds a special place in my lineup. I designed it to provide gentle support for the kidneys, encouraging flow and balance without being harsh or overwhelming. It’s not a detox tea—it’s more of a steady, nurturing blend that helps prepare the body for deeper restorative work. For me, Klean Freak is a cup of refreshment and renewal, both in flavor and in purpose.

Flavor Profile:

Nettles and dandelion leaf bring earthy, grounding notes, while rooibos offers smooth, nutty sweetness. Lemon balm adds a bright, citrus-herbal lift, hibiscus gives a tart, fruity edge, and ginger warms it all with a little spice. Marshmallow leaf ties the blend together with a soft, soothing touch.

Understanding Herbalism:

This blend was crafted with gentle support in mind:

• Nettles – Rich in minerals and deeply nourishing.
• Dandelion Leaf – Traditionally linked with supporting flow and balance.
• Marshmallow Leaf – Moistening and soothing, offering gentle comfort.
• Hibiscus – Tart, refreshing, and often enjoyed for circulatory support.
• Lemon Balm – Bright, calming, and uplifting.
• Rooibos – Naturally caffeine-free, smooth, and rich in antioxidants.
• Ginger – Warming, invigorating, and adds a lively kick.

Ingredients:

Nettles, dandelion leaf, marshmallow leaf, hibiscus, lemon balm, rooibos, ginger.

Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:

Use 1–1.5 Tbsp per 8–16 oz hot water (200 °F). Steep at least 10 minutes before removing the steeper. Save the contents for a second brew.

A Little Note:

Herbal blends require a longer steep time to fully extract their flavor and herbal support. These blends may be re-steeped a second time.
