Description

This blend is deeply personal for me. A few years back, I struggled with stage 2 hypertension, and it was a difficult season in my life. During that time, I leaned on the support of herbs—especially hibiscus—and saw firsthand how powerful a simple cup of tea could be. That experience inspired me to create this blend, and it’s one I continue to enjoy to this day. Not only is it supportive, but the flavor is absolutely on point—tart, refreshing, and satisfying.

Flavor Profile:

Tart hibiscus and the earthy depth of hawthorn berry create a bold foundation. Linden adds a gentle floral sweetness, mint brings a refreshing lift, and orange peel brightens everything with a crisp citrusy note. Together, the flavors are vibrant, balanced, and easy to love.

Understanding Herbalism:

Each ingredient in this blend has a history of use in traditional herbalism, especially in connection with the heart and overall balance:

  • Hawthorn Leaf & Berry – Long associated with heart vitality and circulation, often used in supportive tonics.
  • Hibiscus – Tangy and tart, commonly enjoyed for its bright flavor and linked with vascular support.
  • Linden – Gentle and calming, traditionally valued for easing stress and supporting relaxation.
  • Mint – Refreshing and cooling, offering lightness and clarity to the blend.
  • Orange Peel – Zesty and uplifting, adding both flavor and brightness while gently supporting digestion.

Ingredients: Hawthorn leaf & berry, hibiscus, linden, mint, orange pieces.

Loose Leaf Brewing Tips: Use 1–1.5 Tbsp per 8–16 oz hot water (200 °F). Steep at least 10 minutes before removing the steeper. Save the contents for a second brew.

A Little Note:

Herbal blends require a longer steep time to fully extract their flavor and herbal support. These blends may be re-steeped a second time.
