This is one of those blends I reach for when the seasons change. In the fall and winter, it feels like a cozy hug in a cup, and in the warmer months, I absolutely love it iced as a latte. The warmth of the cardamom, balanced by the gentle floral sweetness of rose petals, makes this chai both comforting and elegant. It’s one of my personal favorites year-round.
Flavor Profile:
Bold Assam black tea forms the base, layered with warming cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, fennel, and a touch of black pepper for gentle spice. Rose petals add a soft floral lift, mint brightens the cup, and orange peel rounds everything out with zesty sweetness. Rich, warming, and beautifully balanced—delicious hot with cream and sugar, or chilled over ice.
Ingredients:
Assam black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, fennel, rose petals, mint, orange peel, black pepper.
Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:
Use 1–1.5 Tbsp per 8–16 oz hot water (200 °F). Steep for 5 to 8 minutes. Save contents for a second brew.
A Little Note:
Black tea blends are brisk, malty, and are more forgiving than green tea. I recommend starting with 5 minutes and then increase the brewing if you like a stronger brew. Our teas can be resteeped for a second cup.
