I made this blend to be caffeine free so that it can be enjoyed throughout the day. However, I have been adding it to my coffee in the morning and have really noticed a difference in my energy levels. My focus has increased without the jitters. What a treat!
Flavor Profile:
Smooth and earthy with subtle natural sweetness from roasted carob, layered with warming cinnamon, clove, ginger, and cardamom. A touch of vanilla rounds out the cup, creating a comforting and aromatic brew.
Understanding the Blend:
- Chaga Mushroom – Prized for its deep, earthy flavor and rich antioxidant content, traditionally valued for supporting resilience and vitality.
- Lion’s Mane Mushroom – Known for its unique compounds that support mental clarity, focus, and overall cognitive wellness.
- Reishi Mushroom – Often called the “mushroom of calm,” used for centuries to encourage balance, rest, and restoration.
- Roasted Carob Powder – Adds natural sweetness and a cocoa-like richness without caffeine.
- Ceylon Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger, and Cardamom – Warming spices that provide depth, comfort, and aromatic complexity.
- Vanilla Powder – Enhances the blend with a creamy, dessert-like finish. Ingredients: Chaga mushroom, lion’s mane mushroom, reishi mushroom, roasted carob powder, Ceylon cinnamon, clove powder, ginger powder, cardamom powder, vanilla powder.
Loose Leaf Brewing Tips:
Use 1 tsp per 8–16 oz hot water (200 °F). For a latte, steep as directed, then add steamed milk or cream.
A Little Note:
You will notice sediment in your cup due to the mushrooms. I recommend keeping your spoon nearby when drinking. This blend can also be stirred into coffee or blended with milk for a creamy, chai-like treat.
